Raspberry Soup
This is a really easy recipe that shows off what is great about raspberries. They are a bright tangy and sweet treat that pretty much everybody loves.

For 4 people:
- 4 cups raspberries
- 2 tablespoons raspberry jam
- 2 cups bougelait red wine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 vanilla bean
Procedure
In a medium sauce pan add the wine sugar, lemon zest, raspberry jam, and vanilla bean. Bring to a boil then turn off the heat and add the raspberries.
Divide the raspberries evenly among serving bowls. Refrigerate the soup for at least an hour before serving.
