Sublime Delights is dedicated to the pleasures of food and dining. We are a friendly, informal place where our passion for cuisine can be shared with the web community. Sublime Delights is a proud member of the San Francisco business community and we strive to highlight the best cuisine and culinary artisans the Bay Area has to offer.
Sublime Delights is also a source for useful and weird kitchen techniques. We have a real love for hand-work and skills no longer used. As a result, you'll find articles on how to hand-sharpen knives, how to make headcheese or any other techniques that we think are neat.

Its been a long time since I've made any updates to the Sublime Delights website. Sorry about that I'll try not to go so long again without making any updates. We've been busy here and I hope you enjoy the results...
Save Some Money
Sublime Delights has created a new section on the website to help support everyone in the community who needs strategies to economize in the kitchen. The Pantry section includes instructions (and recipes) to can food, how to pickle and preserve food, and how to get your best deal at the butcher. Alot more content is planned, so keep your eyes on this new (and exciting) section.
Become an S.U.F.I.
Are you a backyard gardener? Do you find that you get way too much of one food from your garden? In my case I get about 50 pounds of extra lemons from our backyard tree. Are you a backyard gardener that stays away from chemical insecticides, pesticides, and fertilizers? But you do compost, conserve, and use natural methods of growing your food? If you said "yes" to any of these questions you might be a Sustainable Urban Farming Individual (SUFI).
Sublime Delights has launched a bulletin board for gardeners who would like to find others to share their crops with. Once you become a SUFI member you can easily post a note about foods you have or foods you want. With any luck you might find a new friend in your neighborhood whose a gardener just like you.

You may not know that I've been running 5k, 10k, and 1/2 marathon races. I was inspired to create a sublime delights t-shirt the last race I ran. There's usually lots of wacky t-shirts at races and I didn't want Sublime Delights to be left out. If you'd like one you can get it from Cafe Press. Hopefully more designs will be on the way!
